As a case manager, Stephanie Huerta is the lead admin of the professional support staff at Johnston & Hutchinson, LLP. Stephanie specializes in litigation support, including coordinating case preparation, organizing, maintaining, and scheduling conferences with clients and attorneys, and calendaring. Stephanie also provides case support including initial filing of cases and discovery process.
At Johnston & Hutchinson, LLP Stephanie is responsible for: transcribing, formatting, retrieving, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; conducting legal research, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports, and legal documents; and court filings including exhibits, briefs, appeals and other legal documents. Additionally, Stephanie, who is fluent in Spanish, translates for Spanish speaking clients and acts as a liaison between attorneys and those clients.
Stephanie Huerta has several years of experience in a law office, and earned her bachelors degree from the University of California San Diego.
