Stephanie Ruiz is the Director of Operations at Johnston & Hutchinson LLP, where she oversees case management, firm administration, and legal support services. She manages the calendar for all active cases and, drawing on her comprehensive knowledge of each matter, keeps attorneys informed and prepared while coordinating communication across the firm.

Stephanie also provides key litigation support, handling court filings and discovery coordination. Fluent in Spanish, she serves as a liaison for Spanish- speaking clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the legal process.

Stephanie obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.
